Baku. The Old City is the most ancient part of Baku, which is surrounded by walls.
Maiden Tower has its inspiration in various poems, plays and ballets. The tower also houses a museum, reflecting the historic evolution of Baku city and its legends. On one of its walls is a 12th century stone tablet with a text in Arabic, yet the tower was built much earlier, with various estimates placing its construction between the 1st-9th centuries.
The Palace of the Shirvanshahs is the biggest monument in Baku, Azerbaijan. It is a 15th
century palace which was built by Shirvanshahs kingdom who ruled here from 861-1538. Palace of Shirvanshahs is popularly termed
by UNESCO as ‘one of the pearls’ of Azerbaijan architecture.
The Baku Museum of Miniature Books is the only museum of miniature books in the world. Museum of Miniature Books was
presented Certificate of the Guinness Book of Records as the largest private museum of miniature books.
National Carpet Museum is a museum located in Baku that displays Azerbaijani carpets and rugs with historical and modern weaving
techniques and materials. It has the largest collection of Azerbaijani carpets in the world.
Old Caravanserais
Juma mosque is an iconic attraction and one of the main mosques in Azerbaijan’s capital. The mosque was built on the site of a temple
erected in the pre-Islamic period by the fire-worshipping Zoroastrians.
National History Museum
Little Venice in Baku Boulevard is a small town built in 1960. It ws expanded up to 10.000 sq.m. in 2012. The town has two large and
several small islands, which aare connected by decorative stone bridges, and gondolas can be seen travelling in the channels full of still
and clean water.
Flame Towers
Highland Mountain is a popular attraction located in the capital of Azerbaijan. From its highest point, visitors can enjoy a
breathtaking panoramic view of the city and bay. Both locals and tourists come to the park to appreciate the view, take a stroll, or
simply relax.
Baku Boulevard itself is unusually beautiful and diverse. Its central part amazes with the richness of greenery and flowers, and the
steps of the coastal strip end right at the Caspian Sea. Visitors to the city will find many attractive places here: museums, attractions,
parks, cafes, restaurants and much more.

Nohur Lake is one of the most popular and visited natural attractions of Gabala, Azerbaijan. Located about 5 km. east of the Gabala
city, the lake is surrounded by the forests and high mountains.
The “Seven Beauties” Waterfalls are located in Vendam settlement of Gabala city. This waterfall is near the village of Ruskan. The
waterfalls flow from the highest peaks of the Caucasus Mountains. Among the most famous tourist attractions. The “Seven Beauties”
waterfalls are 6 km from the village of Vendam and 3 km from the main road over Puskan. Below the mounting, only two small
waterfalls are visible.

Burning Mountain is the most well-known of its volcanoes is Yanar Dag, also known as ‘Burning Mountain’. True to its name, the
mountain has been burning for as long as anyone can remember, and the fire isn’t showing signs of going out any time soon. Situated
on the Absheron Peninsula, 25 kilometers northeast of the capital city of Baku, Yanar Dag is a 116-meter hill located on top of a pocket
of natural gas that constantly erupts into flames.
The Ateshgah Fire Temple is located on the Absheron Peninsula, near Baku, Azerbaijan. It was
originally a Zoroastrian place of worship, constructed by Indian traders in the 17th and 18th centuries. The temple is dedicated to the
worship of fire, an essential element in both Zoroastrianism and Hinduism.
Heydar Aliyev Center (outside photo shooting). Designed by the illustrious Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid, the eye-catching
Heydar Aliyev Centre opened in 2012, since when its astonishing curved, wave-like shape and innovative use of space have turned it
into an icon of modern Azerbaijan. In 2014 the stunning structure, which doesn't have a single straight line, won the London Design
Museum's prestigious Design of the Year Award.
